Exchange the goods for a replacement of equal value.
Give you a complete refund for the price you paid for the products.
At Avon Garments, every care is taken to ensure your poster, art print or merchandise packed well before dispatch. We take all necessary measures to ensure that your order arrives in the best possible condition. However, due to the delicate nature of these products, in extraordinary circumstances, items can arrive in damaged condition. We are unable to take responsibility for any loss or damages of products in transit. However, we will make contact with the relevant courier to track your package or initiate a claim for lost products.
In case products are damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the products by emailing [email protected] notifying us of the damage. Once received, the product will undergo a quality check to ensure that the quality problem originated at our end rather than misuse or abuse of the product in transit or by the customer. Once the product passes the quality check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging, an exchange/refund will be issued. The posters or frames must be returned in their original packaging.
